OA raised floor is very suitable for the automation and computerization of common office and intelligent building. The product consists of pedestal, screw, stringers, full welded steel shell filled with light weight cement, which provides a quiet and strong foot feel. This type of product consist of ceramic tile, 4 pcs of PVC strips along the 4 sides of ceramic, woodcore or steel plate, stringer and pedestal.

The ceramic tile is treated with a special pross: It is penetraited with high temperature resistant inorganic conductive ultra-fine material and suffer high temperature during fire. It offers strong and stable anitsatic performance after the process and is different from normal ceramic tile due to the performance. Its antic-static performance is similar with other antistatic floor. But it is much more durable and fireproof due to characteristic of ceramic. Its normal sizes are 600*600*38mm, 600*600*40mm and 600*600*45mm.

The other part of ceramic raised access floor is the same as normal type of antistatic floor. It is widely used in office and computer room for commercial and industrial building, laboratory, operation room, ermergency room, telecommunications industry, etc.

This product is made up of panel, stringer and pedestal. It can be divided into light, medium, heavy and super heavy type interms of the loading performance.

The panel consists of high-quality cold-rolled steel alloy sheet. Its appearance is strictly degreased, phosphated,rust-proof handled, and then treated with electrostatic spraying epoxy resin powder. The inside of panel is filled with foamed cement. After a certain period of the conservation process, the shape of back of panel is fixed. So the panel has strong loading performance and strong bend resistance.

The stringer and height adjustable pedetal make the down support system fixed and firm. The panel is put in the stringer.

This kind of product is empty and no foamed filler. The PVC(or HPL) and steel panel are punched to make ventilation holes.The air rate is between 20% and 45%. The air volume of peforated raised access floor can be adjusted if damper is installed. This product can work together with full steel access floor. Also it can work dependently. It is widely used at hospital, clean workshop, electric instrument factory, program-controlled telephone switchboard room, computer room, television transmitter control room, satellite earth stations room, the control room radio, engine room microwave communication stations and other place where static must be avoided. Bamboo flooring is made up of glued bamboo planks which is processed with hih pressure and high temperature. The prodcts is innocuous, stong impact resistant, strong moisture resistant, hard to be transmutative, hard to craze and strong mothproof. There is wear resistant paint on its surface, which make it fireproof, abrastion resistant. Its life time can last over 20 years. It is of slap-up decorative materials for living room, bedroom, hotel, office, boardroom, reception room, showroom, gymnasium, sanctum, pub, etc. It is not suitable for the 1sth floor or basement which doesn’t have good way to resist moisture, places which are touched by water, large indoor pulic, pub channel, etc.

The product is dividened into 2 types: horizontal pressed type and vertical pressed type in terms of its surface structure. Horizontal type means the planks to make the product are pressed on horizontal direction. Vertical type means the planks to make the product are pressed on vertical direction. And it also can be dividened into 2 types: natural type and carbonized type in terms of the process method. The natural type remains its natural color, while the carbonized type is treated with high temperature and high pressure carbonized process and the carbonized process make its color deeper and coherent.

The reqirement for the raw material for it is very strict. Only middling and choice bamoo planks are suitable for the maerial of the product.

The normal sizes of the product are 960mm*96*15mm, 1800mm*91mm*12mm, 915mm*91mm*12mm. The sizes can be decided by you within some dimension range: (length: 48-226cm; width: 6-15cm; thickness: 12-30mm)
