The panel sizes of type 5896 PVC Surface raised floor is 600*600*42mm. The thickness of PVC tile is 1.2mm. The main material of the PVC tile is resin. The tiles offer a marble appearance. The PVC particles from the tiles form a static transmission network. The 2 steel sheets are spot welded and then epoxy coated. The cavity of the panel is filled with pure cement. The panel is supported with snap-on stinger system. Its height can be adjusted between 8cm and 200cm. Its concentrated load is 3000kgs. Type 5896 PVC Surface raised floor meets CNS and C. I. S. C. A. It is widely used in, data center, computer room and control room.

Type 6393 raised floor consists of conductive PVC tile, plastic strip, panel, stringer, pedestals, bolts and shock absorbtion pad. The panel is made of good quality punched and spot welded steel sheets and stuff. The top surface of sheets has been phosphorated and then coated with epoxy powder. The back of bottom sheet has been galvanized. The stuff is light foamed cement. The surface of the top steel sheet is attached with strong abrasion resistant and fireproof conductive PVC tile. The borders of the panel are attached with conductive plastic strips. The panel is supported with the stringers and placed on the pedestals and then fixed with bolts. Its concentrated load is about 3600N. Type 6393 raised floor is mainly used for large post, communication center and telecommunication center.

The board sizes of type 2936 wood core raised floor are 500*500*30mm. The board is covered with HPL covering. The 4 edges of the board are packed with PVC strips. Its board density is 790g/cm3. Its formaldehyde release can meet E1 standard. The board is backed with zinced plated steel sheet. The stringers under the steel sheet can improve its performance of earthquake resistance and magnetic proof. The board is supported with snap-on understructure system. The pedestal height of the board sizes of type 2936 wood core raised floor can be adjusted between 20cm and 60cm. It is especially suitable for computer room.

The panel of type 6162 OA raised floor is coated with static epoxy powder. The size of the panel is 500*500*35mm. Its surface is covered with 3mm thick carpet. Each of its 4 corners has been processed lock hole. There are wire groove at the 4 sides of panel. And it is convenient for wire to reach any point of the panel without damaging the panel. This type of OA raised floor is supported with stringer bolt understructure system. The height of pedestal is adjustable. The height can be between 16cm and 52cm. Its concentrated load is over 420kgs. It is dustproof and waterproof. This type of OA raised floor is widely used at high grade office building and meeting room.

Type 6937 raised floor is with PVC cover. The thickness of the PVC is 1.6mm. The steel sheets for its panel have been pulled, extended and double jointed. Its panel sizes are 600*600*32mm. The panel is filled with non-toxic sparkling cement. The 4 edges of the panel are with wire tanks for wire purpose. The sizes of the wire tank are 600*195mm. Its edges are die-pressed. The wire in the tanks can reach any place of the floor. The impact load and distributed load of type 6937 raised floor are 52kgs and 1160kgs separately.

Engineered OA raised floor consists of laminated cover, steel panel and understructure system.

The laminated cover can be strong anti-wearing and conductive PVC or HPL tile. Various designs are available for laminated covers to offer beautiful look.

The panel is made up of cold-rolled steel sheets and the foamed cements in the cavity of the panel. The surface of the top steel sheet has been phosphorated and coated with epoxy powder. Then the sheets are punched and spot welded to contain the foamed cement. Cable tanks are on the double sides of the panel for the purpose of convenient wire and nice look. The 4 sides of the panel are trimmed with black PVC strips.

There are 3 types of understructure systems: 1. stringer bolt understructure system; 2. corner-lock freestanding understructure system; 3. snap-on understructure system. The systems are mainly made up of bolt, shock absorbing and pedestal.

No.1926 type raised floor is made up of HPL flooring cover, steel panel, screw and pedestal. Each piece of the HPL flooring cover is with the design of multi little butterflies, which offers a beautiful look. The panel is made up of 2 pieces of well spot-welded steel sheets and light foamed cement in the cavity. The size of the panel is 550*550*30mm. The thickness of the top sheet is 0.9mm. And thickness of bottom sheet is 1mm. The top sheet has been phosphorated. The edge the panel has been trimmed with 4 PVC strips. Wire tank can be installed on the 4 sides of the panel to allow various wires installed in the floor. No.1926 type raised floor has been made with high precision to strong impact resistance and strong load ability.

No.D6926 type raised floor consists of steel panel, steel grid frame, stringers, bolt system and pedestal.  The steel panel has been treated with special painting to make it strong antistatic. And the panel has been punched with perforated holes. Each panel is printed with peony. And it is very difficult for the peony to scrub off the design of peony. And the designs of the peony can be customer’s choice. Its perforated rate can be adjusted by the damper. The maximum perforated rate is 52%. Its pedestal is 4-headed. And each panel is freestanding. The steel grid under the panel makes No.D6926 type perforated access floor high impact resistant.
