Some special carpet is often used to cover raised floor. The main material is twill. Its back is of PVC material. Its size is in terms of the size of nether panel. Its thickness is around 2.5mm. Its yarn weight is about 700g/square meter. Its color can be light, dark in various designs. There is some special material on its top. The top of this type of carpet has been treated with some special process. So it is strong abrasion,  strong pressure resistant, scratch resistant, fireproof and moisture resistant. There is a kind of bamboo flooring. Its surface is like mosaic used for bathroom or washroom. But this kind of bamboo flooring is not waterproof. It can’t be used for place with much water. Its color can be carbonized or natural. It is harder than common type. Its dimensions can be 950*96*16mm, 920*92*15mm and 1830*95*15mm. Its formaldehyde release can be E1 grade. Its quality can be A grade, AB grade and B grade. Its finish can be glossy pre-finished, matter pre-finished or unfinished. And its finsih can have the content of AL2O3 to make it more abraion resistant.

Tiger strand woven bamboo flooring is made of high density bamboo fiber. It is mixed with natural and carbonized colors. So its design is a bit like the strips on the body of tiger. It is 2 twice as hard as normal bamboo flooring. It is painted with 6 coats of UV lacquer. Its click type is normal tongue and groove and micro beveled edge on the surface. Its dimensions can be 960*160×15mm, 1850*150*14mm, 1890*96*15mm,950*93*12mm. Its formaldehyde release can be E1 grade. It is very hard, very durable and strong moisture resistant. It is suitable for both commercial and residential purpose.

There is a kind of multi-layer engineered bamboo flooring. It is total 14 layers. Its top is 0.8mm Bamboo veneer. Its core is of fast grown plywood. It is painted with anti-scratch UV lacquer. When the first layer is worn out, the sub layer, fast grown plywood, will appear. Its wood grain will be different from bamboo color, which affect the look of floor. Its dimensions can be 915 x 126 x 15mm, 915 x 126 x 18mm and 915 x 90 x 18mm. Its density is between 0.65g/cm3 and 0.80g/cm3. Its moisture content is around 8%. It is abrasion resistant and strong moisture resistant. Its clicks system is normal tongue and groove.

Heavy class airflow raised floor has the features of strong load ability, strong impact resistance performance, high mechanical strength,. Its top surface is strong antistatic, strong damp resistant and fireproof. Its concentrated load is around 2550lbs. And it uniform load is around 13350N. The panel under top surface has been punched with ventilation hole. It is strong pollution resistant. Its ventilation rate is around 55% and it can meet various requirement of purifying the relevant environment. Heavy class airflow raised floor is mainly used for clean place such as supermarket, high grade office, computer room, television transmitter control room, communication centers, etc.

HPL access floor is strong abrasion resistant, fireproof, easy to clean and easy to maintain. And it doesn’t require to be waxed. It is widely used at hospital, computer room, satellite earth stations room, office building, computer room, program-controlled telephone switchboard room and marketplace, television transmitter control room. HPL tiles must be bonded to the next nether floor surface such as aluminum or steel section to offer the rigidity and load-bearing performance. The concentrated load of HPL access floor can be 800lbs, 900lbs,1250lbs,1350lbs and 1550lbs.

The panel of aluminum edged raised floor is mainly made of high-density chip board or cement foamed board. Thickness can be around 35mm. Its bottom is galvanized aluminum sheet or steel sheet . Its top can be covered with PVC, HPL or other laminated covering. Its edge is covered with 4 pieces aluminum strip. The other part of the raised floor is pedestal, screw, and stringer. Its concentrated load can be 750lbs, 850lbs,1100lbs, 1250lbs, 1350lbs and 1550lbs. Its sizes can be 500*500*35mm, 600*600*35mm and 600*600*40mm.

The panel of full aluminum ventilation raised floor is completely made of aluminum. The other parts of the floor are pedestal, screw and stringers. The ventilation rates can be 16%, 21%, 31% and 41%. This floor has the features of strong fireproof, strong corrosive resistant, compact structure, high strength and strong load capacity. And its model is easy to be shaped. This type of floor is widely used in computer room, office building, television transmitter control room, marketplace, program-controlled telephone switchboard room and other places. Its size is 600*600*45mm, 600*600*48mm, and 600*600*50mm. Its concentrated Load is around 700kgs.

 PVC conductive tile is used both for access floor and other types of flooring. This product is permanent anti-static due to the conductive static network made up of plastic particles. It has various designs such as marble, granite, ceramic tile, bamboo, cherry, walnut, teak, apple wood, pine, maple, oak, mahogany, etc. It is strong abraision resistant, waterproof and fireproof. The part are the same as whole-steel access floor: full welded steel shell filled with cement, pedestal, screw and stringers. Its sizes are 600*600*30mm and 600*600*28mm.

Perforated access flooring is without foamed cement inside. The top and bottom metal panels and upper cover of the product are all punched with ventilation holes. And the ventilation rate of the product is between 18%-32%. The damper is used for adjust the air flow. Perforated access flooring is widely used for the place where ventilation is required under the floor such as satellite earth stations room, office building, computer room, program-controlled telephone switchboard room.
